Owners
Paul & Lori Ciezak are the owners of Cutting Edge Carpets & Floors. They have been in business for over 30 years and have 3 children. Paul is bilingual (English/Polish). He is a graduate of Palatine High School, loves playing golf competitively and has participated in running Marathons. In 1999 & 2000 he ran the Chicago Marathon.  He enjoys traveling and spending time participating in his children’s sports and musical interests. Paul and Lori have recently returned from a trip to Scotland and Ireland. 

Office Manager

Susy has been employed with Cutting Edge Carpets & Floors for 23 years and is one of our bilingual staff members (English and Spanish – Speak and Write). 

A graduate of Judson University with a BA in Business Administration and a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda - Theta Alpha Chapter. A graduate of McHenry County College with an Associates of Applied Science in Administrative Office Management. She also holds numerous certificates from MCC which include, Administrative Office Management, Administrative Office Skills, Business Management Principles, Human Resources and QuickBooks. She is a mother of 10, a grandma and great grandma. On her free time, she enjoys Reading, Photography, Walking, Zumba and most importantly, spending quality time with her family.
